The Sprark That Started It All
How It All Began – Diana’s Learning Corner
DLC started back in 2019 when a few friends asked me to offer virtual Spanish classes. At the time, I was already teaching English to children in China through another company, so it felt like a natural transition. I named the program “Together We Learn Español” and ran it for a few years.
As my children grew older, we decided to homeschool and get them involved in extracurricular activities, which led me to pause the program for a while. In 2023, I launched a YouTube channel under the name “Diana’s Learning Corner”, with the vision of expanding into Spanish, math, and reading content. Although life brought unexpected family challenges, the desire to teach never left.
Fast forward to today — we’re back in full force, and I’m so excited to say we’re growing quickly! My heart has always been to help children have fun and love learning, especially when it comes to discovering a new language.
I now work hand in hand with other passionate teachers so we can provide high-quality education to as many students as possible. One day, I hope to return to the YouTube channel, but for now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation for my students and families.
